iOS 14 and newer, Android 7 and newer. Workers can use their personal phones — no special hardware required.
Does GPS tracking work in the background?
Yes. Location is recorded every five minutes during an active visit and continues even when the phone is locked, the screen is off, or the worker switches to another app.
Is biometric login secure?
Credentials are stored in the phone's hardware-backed secure storage. They are never stored in plain text and never sent to the cloud.
What happens if a worker has a weak cellular signal?
The app caches GPS readings locally and syncs as soon as connectivity returns. Check-ins are never dropped because of signal issues.
