Share when you're free. Let the calendar do the rest.
ctScheduling™ reads your real availability, gives people a page where they can book it, and writes the appointment straight to your calendar — with the Teams, Zoom, or Meet link already attached. No back-and-forth email. No double bookings. No copying links between tabs.
Connects to Google Calendar · Microsoft 365 and Teams · Zoom
Crossed-out times are already committed on a connected calendar.
Four steps, and you're out of the scheduling business.
The whole point is that after setup, nobody on your team thinks about this again.
Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Zoom and approve the permissions on their screen. Takes under a minute, and you can undo it just as fast.
Set your rules
Working hours, meeting lengths, buffers between appointments, how far ahead people can book, and how much notice you need.
Share the link
Put your booking page in an email signature, on a form, or in a text message. People see only the times you are genuinely free.
It books itself
The event lands on your calendar with the meeting link attached, everyone gets a confirmation, and reschedules update the same event.
Outside bookings and inside assignments.
Most scheduling tools do one or the other. Teams end up running two systems and reconciling them by hand. ctScheduling™ handles both against the same availability.
Booking pages for people outside your organization
Families, referral sources, applicants, prospects — anyone who needs time with you gets a link instead of an email thread. No account required on their end.
- ✓ One page per meeting type, each with its own length and rules
- ✓ Questions on the booking form, so you arrive prepared
- ✓ Confirmation and reminder emails to both sides
- ✓ Self-service reschedule and cancel, without a phone call
Appointment scheduling for your own staff
Coordinators schedule visits and appointments on behalf of the team, and each one lands on that staff member's own connected calendar — where they already look.
- ✓ See the whole team's availability on one screen
- ✓ Assign an appointment to whoever is actually free
- ✓ Recurring appointments for standing commitments
- ✓ Changes flow to the staff calendar, not to a separate list
Works with the calendar you already use.
You connect an account you already hold. We never ask for your password — the provider signs you in and shows you exactly what is being requested before anything is connected.
Microsoft 365 & Teams
Availability from Outlook Calendar, appointments written back to it, and a Microsoft Teams meeting created and attached to the invite.
Google Calendar & Meet
Availability across the Google calendars you select, events created on the one you choose, and a Google Meet link attached automatically.
Zoom
Zoom meetings created under your own account for every booking, kept in step when a meeting is rescheduled, and removed when it is cancelled.
You stay in control of the connection.
ctScheduling™ reads when you are busy and manages the events it created — nothing else. It does not read the contents of events it did not create, and it does not touch your email, contacts, or files. You can disconnect at any time from inside the product or directly from your provider, and we delete the stored credentials when you do.
The small things that keep a calendar honest.
Time zones handled for you
Your booking page shows times in the visitor's own zone and books in yours. Nobody does the arithmetic, so nobody gets it wrong.
Real availability, not a guess
Every offered slot is checked against your connected calendars right before it is shown, and again at the moment of booking.
Buffers and daily limits
Padding before and after meetings, a cap on how many you'll take in a day, and a minimum notice window so nothing lands on you cold.
Reminders that reduce no-shows
Confirmation on booking and reminders before the meeting, to both sides, with the meeting link in every one of them.
Narrow, revocable access
We request the least access a feature needs, store the credential encrypted, and hand you two independent ways to revoke it.
A record of what was booked
Every booking, reschedule, and cancellation is kept in your account's history, so you can answer "when did we meet?" without digging.
Scheduling that sits alongside the rest of your day.
ctScheduling™ is one of the CozziTech products built for teams that spend their days coordinating people — the same teams that use ctAgency Suite™ to run their operations and ctSignature™ to get documents signed. Each one stands on its own; together they cover more of the week.
