ctHub™

Child Safety Standards

Application:
ctHub™ (iOS, Android & web — cthub.cozzitech.com)
Provider:
CozziTech LLC
Effective Date:
September 2, 2026

1. Scope

These standards apply to ctHub™, a private community platform for neighborhoods, homeowners associations, and residential communities, published by CozziTech LLC ("CozziTech," "we," "us"). ctHub is designed for adult residents; our Terms of Use require every account holder to be at least 13 years old, and the product is directed at adults. Communities are private and membership is approved by each community's organizers.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are prohibited everywhere on ctHub — posts, comments, photos, videos, events, marketplace listings, direct messages, and every other surface:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any format, whether real, altered, or generated.
  • Any content that sexualizes minors, including artwork, text, or imagery.
  • Grooming — contacting or befriending a minor to enable sexual abuse, on or off the platform.
  • Sextortion, trafficking, or any solicitation involving a minor.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to any of the above.

3. In-App Reporting

Every post, comment, photo, and direct message in ctHub can be reported from inside the app by any member. Reports go to a review queue monitored by CozziTech staff, and reporters may also block other users directly. Reports involving the safety of a child are treated with the highest priority.

4. Enforcement

When we identify CSAE content or behavior, we:

  • Remove the content immediately.
  • Terminate the responsible account.
  • Preserve evidence as the law requires, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

CozziTech complies with applicable child safety laws in the regions where ctHub is offered, including U.S. federal reporting obligations. ctHub is not directed to children, does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and removes any such account and its data upon discovery.

6. Child Safety Point of Contact

Questions, concerns, or reports about child safety on ctHub can be sent to support@cozzitech.com with the subject line "Child safety." This inbox is monitored by CozziTech staff who are authorized to act on these standards. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
